John Scholz is an associate attorney at Lerner & McDonald who represents clients in all types and phases of civil litigation and transactional matters including real estate, business, commercial, personal injury and appellate work since he joined the Firm in 1999.
Mr. Scholz is a graduate of the University of California Irvine (B.A. Political Science and Social Ecology in 1990; Secondary Education Teaching Credential in 1992) and Thomas Jefferson School of Law (J.D. 1997) where he graduated with honors while earning awards for finishing at the top of his class in Legal Writing and Real Property. He is a member of the California Bar.
Mr. Scholz finds that his prior experience in the fields of business, sales, teaching and coaching helps him to evaluate legal issues and provide practical solutions to his clients. Mr. Scholz's clients, regardless of size, appreciate his consistently attentive service and dedication to their pending matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Scholz was a sole practitioner in Newport Beach, California.
